I\'m having an online Kids Cooking Camp next month, head here to sign up: https://bit.ly/kidscookwithzoe Ingredients: 2 cups Fresh Strawberries 2 TBSP Chia Seeds 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract In a medium pot over med-high heat, bring the fruit to a boil and stir frequently. Lower the heat to low and let it simmer until your strawberries soften. Using the back of a ladle, mash the fruit leaving a few chunks. Stir in the chia and keep the heat on low. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Once it has a jam like texture, remove it from the heat and add your vanilla! Once it\'s come to room temp add it to a glass jar and store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks! It\'s so yummy on the Paleo drop biscuits, I hope you have a fun tea party!
